Update - since I have just now seen the owners response. Please look at your other reviews and past customers. No further explanation is needed. If you for some reason need to get a vehicle here please please please take a knowledgeable mechanic with you.
When I stumbled upon Bastian's Auto Outlet I knew this was going to be a good experience. I had no credit nor credit history. I browsed a few cars when a sells man approached me. He helped me pick out a car and even gave me a great deal. He let me break the down payment into two payments. But after about five months my car started to act up. Found out that the power steering pressure hose was slit sometime before I got the car. I thought it was no big deal except that the part was very costly and labor was even more. Then a while later the car started to overheat. I paid over $500 to repair the radiator and some other minor flaws. Then the car was still broken, and became inoperable. After talking to the sells man that sold me the car he told me he would be happy to help me either fix the car or get a new one. Well, it has been almost a month now and the car is still sitting in their lot broken. Very unsatisfied with the help thus far. If anything changes I will edit this post.
Welp they will not help what so ever. So now I am stuck making payments on a car for the next four years until I have enough money to buy a new engine. Would not recommend this dealer to any one. Have already told about 20 people about this business. If you do however plan on buying a vechicle from this dealer I strongly suggest you bring a master mechanic to check the vehicle.
If you ever buy a car from here, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Take the car you are interested in to another mechanic to have them check everything over. Then get a list of what's wrong and make Bastians fix EVERYTHING before you buy. If Bastians won't fix it, DONT BUY IT! Lesson learned here! Ever since I got my daughters car from them, I've heard NOTHING but. VERY BAD THINGS from that place! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I bought a car 5 months ago from this joke of a place. The idiots that run it painted range to this car didn't mask off exhaust or spare tire covered in white paint. Brake hoses exploded 1 month after the car was bought and guess what e brake is broken lucky I wasn't on the highway now I just changed the outer tie rods and the inner went bad great tires was dry rotted they new that said they would replace them that was a lie. 634 bucks later. If you like wasting money go here because not a single person responds to voice mail. Thanks Mike for putting a trusting customer into a death trap

If you're looking for a new vehicle Bastian's is the place to go!! Mike went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted and in less than an hour I drove off with my Ford escape. I could not be happier with my purchase and I highly recommend to anyone. Going anywhere else is a mistake, Bastian's is the best dealership in the quad cities.
Well it's been over two weeks since I last reviewed. No changes made yet to my car. I went there today to see what they were going to do. They did not give me any information since my co-signor was not there. Kind of shady -.-
THESE GUYS ROCK!! Friendly, personable, and an all around great experience. They know their business and MAKE IT HAPPEN. We will definitely be repeat buyers!!
